My personal experience was my attic had major humidity issues which caused the AC and duct work to sweat. We tried everything but could not get it to stop until we met Terry at a home show. He came in and inspected and explained how he could fix our issues and was able to deliver on his promise. Our electric bill prior to having spray foam installed in our attic was averaging $550 per month. Now our bill is less than $200 per month. And we still keep our house at 70 degrees.
